Help Voicemail Issue

I am not getting voicemails. I get a message (hours later) in my GO SMS Pro that I have a voicemail. "Android (person's telephone number) has sent you a Sprint Voice Message. Call (phone number) to listen." There is never an actual voicemail in the SMS Voice Messages.

I don't want SMS Voice Messages. How do I go back to regular voicemail?

I would prefer to not uninstall the GO SMS Pro app if possible.

Try this:

Open Go SMS>Menu>Settings>Receive Settings>uncheck "Disable other message notification"

That didn't work. It gave me two SMS notifications (stock and GO SMS Pro).

Time to call Sprint I guess.

By any chance, is your data connection or background data sync disabled?

It took four calls to customer service this afternoon before it was resolved. All my voicemails where coming in as text messages without the voicemail message. They finally got that off and had to reactivate my voicemail icon. That wasn't working either.
