Root Voicemail not working, no notifications

Newbie
Just checking if anyone have any issues with voicemail on the Evo, running fresh 1.0.1. I can retrieve voicemails if I go and dial 1, but will not receive notifications in the phone. Called Sprint but troubleshooting didn't work. Help?:mad:
