Help Voicemail not working

My Incredible has stopped receiving visual voicemails for some reason. It displays a notification stating that voicemail activities have been received, but I can see that it hasn't updated since September 7th. It is not downloading my new VMs. If I call *86, I can get them just fine.

How do I fix this?
 
Spent 40min at Verizon store trying to figure it out. Then one of the guys with an incredible there looked and he is not getting them either. Must be a system issue. But they had no notifications in their system of an issue.
 
I am seeing the same thing. When I go into Voicemail it wants me to go through set up again. But it is never able to connect after I enter my password. Hopefully VZ will get this resolved soon.
