I cannot set up my voicemail. I've tried to go through the steps numerous times. When I dial 1 it rings, picks up, and it says "sorry the number you called is busy", then it says it in Spanish, then it says "message 14 switch 392".
I contacted Virgin Mobile through email, and I received an automated message that says my phone is under warranty and they can replace it. So I emailed them back and asked them to explain the problem before I go to those extremes. I received another automated message that said the exact same thing as the first. Is that the only option? I have to send in my brand new phone, that works perfectly otherwise, because of this message?
