Voicemail

When I get a voice mail I also get a text message as well. I installed Handcent. Is there a way to disable the text message when you get a voice mail??

I may be wrong, but I would think that is a carrier setting not a phoen setting, so you would have to go into your voicemail settings or speak to the customer support for your carrier

i also use handcent app for sms, etc. i was worried about this behavior when i receive voicemails so i did some research and found this: handcent.com • View topic - I'm getting a blank Handcent voicemail notification

Yes hi i did see that post. thank you. I did do that but it has differnt 4 digit codes when u get that. so i guess i'll have to keep doing them to all the text messages i get when i get a voice mail??...
