1) Who do you contact first? HTC or Virgin? I have the insurance.
2) Honestly, what will they look for besides the 'problem'? Like if it's rooted, s-off, ROMs, etc.

That's probably because they don't make money if you don't have a working phone. If they refused to replace your phone it's very easy to switch carriers since you're not under contract.i've never dealt with returns/etc with VM...I hear they are good about it though and will pretty much swap out anything. (Within reason of course.)

I wouldn't bother returning a phone that many times. The triumph was awful. :banghead:
