Many thanks

Hi @ all,

Don't want to start a new thread so i'll ask here.
Have HTC Desire. Don't know why but my phone is showing the same "Charging (USB)" doesn't matter it's plugged to PC or to AC adapter. And it takes 5-6 hrs to completely charge to 100%.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like the mains charger is only putting out 500mA. It should have the output on it somewhere. If its the original HTC charger its defective.

Thanks m8 for the reply. Original HTC charger is 5v, 1A output. What about other charges? Can it have lower output? Cause i tried 2 charges form NOKIA, same result. I mean it still shows USB...

It could be a software problem... Have you tried turning it off and taking the battery out?

Are they all 1 piece or is it 1 usb cable you're using on all 3 chargers?

@Jammy: yes i tried it, i even hard reset my phone, didn't help (Android version 2.2. stock, unbranded) :)
@danfrance: yes Nokia charges are one piece. My original HTC charger is with usb port with usb cable. I tried different USB cables too, same sh... :D
I think i need to get original HTC charger with one peace cable and try it, cause i have no more ideas.
