I noticed recently when i was making calls I would see like a banner message on the swipe saying something like VoLTE. I had never seen that before and I do tend to download and try out a lot of stuff so I looked it up on Google and found this VoLTE: Coming Soon to a Phone Near You (be aware that there is a popup on this page that will require you to back out and come back in to get rid of it when viewed on your Note 3). I think once this service really gets going we won't be hearing anymore complaints about poor call quality issues at least on the T-mobile network anyway.
