Help Volume adjustment trouble ???

Hi, Im not sure whats happend to my phone as it was fine before but now when I toggle the volume switch it only adjusts the bluetooth in-call volume (I dont even know what this is lol),

where as before if I was on the home screen and toggle the volume button it would adjust ringer volume and if I was using media then it would adjust media volume but now whatever im doing it only adjusts bluetooth in-call volume, if I want to adjust any other volume I now have to physically go in to the volume settings to change it, its very frustrating can anyone please tell me whats happend or how I change it back

Do you have any Bluetooth device connected the handset or have you recently installed any application that would be relevant to this function?
