Help Volume down key problem

Hi All,

My mobile's volume down key is working rarely and most of the time it is not working. I thought it is button issue, but package seems to be stable and it is not broken. Is it related to software corruption? What are the options that I can try to bring it back? Please help.

Sorry for my delay. I lost my internet connection.
My problem is that my micromax A75's volume down key is not working always. No problem in using volume up key. But when I try volume down key to change speaker volume, music volume then there is no sign of volume down indication in screen and also volume level. But to my surprise it is working rarely sometimes. So I feel the key is not broken inside.

Any clue with this information??
