Help Volume Down Stuck. Can't get out of bootloader.

My phones volume down button stopped working, (up still works). This was ok until my phone lost power and reset itself, and now it will only go to the bootloader, thinking the volume key is being held down. I can cycle the options in with the volume up, but the down does nothing.

I've heard that the volume keys use metal rockers and short out if any dust/moisture gets in them. short of striping it down and cleaning (it's still under warranty) it anyone got any ideas.

I've contacted HTC, but so far nothing.

Can of air from Radio Shack ( or other store).

Yeah I did wonder about that. But after doing a bit of digging I've found that a few HTC phones have had this issue with the Volume button not working or sticking.
