Help Volume during calls

Ok, sometimes I can't seem to adjust the volume during calls. If I take the phone off my cheek or when on speakerphone I wake it up, then I can adjust. It just seems at first it won't go up or down. Anyone else have this issue?
 
Nope... mine seems to adjust OK when I've got the phone to my ear. My only issue is that sometimes I've got to make that that I'm hitting the correct button! hehe
 
Same here. I have to move it from my ear, then I can adjust the volume. I would rather adjust it while talking. Any one know how to fix this?
