Help Volume issue when using Google Play music service

When using the paid Google Play music service, I notice the volume jumps around a lot. When watching the phone when it does this, I've noticed the signal changing. So when the signal goes from a 4g to 3g or no g and back and forth, the volume goes haywire. Will either shoot up or go down. Anyone else having this strange issue with GPS and this phone???

Yes , mine will go up for a few mins & back down , while driving.

If possible record this situation with a camcorder or something similar & upload the video.

Also report how long you've had your phone & your current battery & your charging behavior, also hot it is in your area.
