Root Volume rocker seek

[windsorclarenc]

Is there any way to get this on any ROM I want? I really love this feature and I get shocked when I forget a ROM doesn't have it. Since I'm usually driving and listening to music, instead of the next song I blast the music accidentally.

If its a 4.67 ROM you can replace the system files with these to get volume rocker and 4 in 1 reboot menu

Might work in 4.54, but do a nand first because I have no clue

I don't think I've used a stock ROM yet.
