Help volume too low!

Just got my Note today but the first thing i noticed was that all the notification volumes are far too low! Theyre around 50% of the volume of my Galaxy S. Ive turned all the volumes to full but its still really quiet. Is this normal?
Ps im not deaf, everyone else in the family says its crazy quiet too!

The problem is not with the phone. It seems Samsung has released Galaxy Note with low quality tones. However Galaxy S2 has high-quality tones. If you can find them, replace them on your note and that should work fine. Otherwise install "Equalizer" utility and configure it. The volume almost doubles.
