Running Velocity 1.0 on froyo

i have the same issue when listening to music with the built in music mod app on velocity 1

This happened so often that within 72hrs I regrettably went back to stock.

If stock Froyo works can't the guys just fix Velocity and put out an update?

Ive never has this problem and ive been running velocity 1.0 even when it was in beta.
