S3 Mini purchased used.
Installed VOXER Android app.
When filling out mobile number in the VOXER app settings the country code +43 (Austria) is embedded and cannot be changed.
Did a full factory reset three times.
Turned off Google Backup and Restore
NO change...+43 remains embedded.
Any advice appreciated.
