I am currently using the Galaxy Note NT-7000. Prior to the latest update, I had no issues setting up VPN and everything was fine. After the update, i keep getting prompted "You must set a lock screen PIN or password before you can use credential storage."
1.) I do not want to put any lock or password on my phone.
2.) How do I get rid of this credential storage prompt and just set it up as simply as before the firmware update ?
3.) When I go to Settings --> Security, the "Clear Credentials" is not lit up meaning it does not allow me to clear credentials.
Please help me as it is driving me nuts without the VPN function !
Really appreciate any wise advise, or previous links that have helped to solve other users who have encountered this problem too.
