Has anyone had this issue.
Just turned the phone on this morning and nothing. the volume only goes down and not up on the side buttons. Had been worknig fine up until yesterday...
anyone else had this or happen to know a fix , or if it's a known bug etc...!?!
Ahh fair enough, yeah here in the UK the names get confusing.
As to your issue I wouldn't know what to suggest, if the vol down button is working ok sounds like a hardware problem to me.
