Root vv5 Firmware/Baseband (Stock/Rooted)

Ok I was about to get some sleep because I have work in a few hours but I wanted to run one more test, all the same warnings apply as I stated above including you should make a backup, I did test this myself and it seems to work but that doesn't mean it will work for you. Please leave feedback if this works or dont work so I know if I need to fix something and if not then I will make a thread with this so all can use it, I've spent alot of time on this shit so I hope it works ;) so here ya go. (This should update you to vv5's baseband March 19 2013)

(OP now updated with new flashable vv5 baseband/firmware :D)

Tested and confirmed to be working when applied to ZVA, ZV9, and VV3. Thanks for the up dude!

You are just awesome, kind sir. That must be some powerful magic wand you have there. A couple of hours pass and poof, it's done. Amazing!

Again,.. can't say enough how helpful and kind guys like you,... are here. It's not like you needed the update. You already have VV5! THANK YOU.

And thank you Dustin for testing. I am quite confident now any problem I might have updating will be due to my own shortcummings. LOL

If you're rooted, you can figure this out. I recommend flashing this baseband and Rom #2 v2.0.
 
Thank you for the confidence. I had no idea what I was doing trying to root. Took me like an hour or more to finally get root.

But looking at CWM this flashing biz doesn't look all that complicated. I don't have to hold down any keys if I'm inside the CWM app right?

I will definitely check out rom #2, once I get my feet wet.

That's really a nice touch, that should not be overlooked.

I prefer to choose what apk's to remove or keep. Plus you make it easy,... it's already rooted.

Very nice indeed. You my friend, are very thoughtful.
