Root VZB radio update on custom Rom's possible?

With that warning in mind, proceed with caution.

Download a copy of the radio update that I packed into a nice little update.zip here. Flash this in recovery just like you would a ROM. You do not need to wipe your data/cache prior to flashing. After flashing, simply reboot back into recovery and wipe your cache. If you do not do this, you will have issues.

After I do this will I need to reflash back into Velocity .3 or will the rom still be installed...sorry kind of a newb and thanks for all your help!

it will still be installed but now there is a vzc radio update now available.
just remember to WIPE CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE before and after you flash it
