Good God 9.75% sales tax are you serious? That is criminal! I sure don't miss living in California. Its much better these days as a tourist.

Yup, gone up 1.5% in the last year and we're still a broke state - good times?

Yeah, we went from 8.25% to 8.00% to 8.25% again to 9.25%... and that's still not enough because we have to release at least 31,000 inmates from prison onto the streets because our prison system is overcrowded... yeah that'll show the criminals. (We can't fit you guys in our prisons so when you commit crimes, you'll just be released sooner or later)
