Root [VZW] Help with UI problem

I have a rooted HTC One running PacMan. After 2 months suddenly I keep getting the following error message with every touch of the phone: "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped. Blame Tyler".

Does anyone know how i can fix this??

Check your roms development thread. Maybe there is an update,or some other fix
