Help VZW Jellybean OTA, issues after!!!

Hi,
Just downloaded jellybean 20 minutes ago and noticed one issue already when I press the soft keys they don't vibrate anymore. I tried going to sounds and haptic feeback and that section is already checked. tried a reboot but it still doesn't work. Please help or is anyone else having this issue.

You need to go to setting-power saving- Uncheck "Turn Off Haptic feedback"
