I've "played" around with PC's since the era of the 8088 processor. I started looking for a portable device for work. Started with a Casio (A10??) then had three 'Psion' organisers. Last of which was the First Netbook. But alas to big for what I needed. I ended up with a Palm M100 then finished with a T5 Tungsten, which still works when I charge it but has seen a lot of use.
Eventually bought Windows HTC HD2 via Telstra. I still get sick thinking of it. Worst phone by far! To be fair to HTC though it was the operating system (Win 6.5) and a lack of knowledge on the part of Telstra which gave me so much greif. In my opinion the Hardware was quite good.
Then came android and the Desire and desire it I did. I have now gone back to Graffiti which is VERY similar to Palms Graffiti. I don't have to wait for the phone to catch up when I write stuff. The only thing that could improve the phone would be a seven inch screen. I'd add a folding keyboard ( man do I miss infra-red ) and be a "real" road warrior again.
