Wallpaper Crops

Hi. I want to make a scrolling wallpaper for my Galaxy 5 with Froyo 2.2. I managed to DL a few that had a 320 x 480 size but it always asks me to crop the picture which I don't want.

Is there an app or another way to make a scrolling wallpaper?
