Help Wallpaper issue!!

[LgOptimusM]

Okay so I noticed that my wallpaper no longer scrolls on my home pages it just stays in one place. On 2.3.4 it did that. I updated and now
Im running 2.3.6
Do you think that update disabled wallpaper scrolling or something? I need help!!! Please..

I think it did. I had an Inspire that used to do that, but after updating it it no longer did that. Even My S3 doesn't do this.
