Help Wallpaper Issues?

I have been having an issue where the wallpaper I pick sticks for a little while, and for some reason, after a few days (although today hours) it changes back to the original. Anybody can explain why?

Is your wallpaper on your sdcard? Sounds like it reverts back to wallpaper on the phone when the sdcard isn't available. Is it failing?

No failures, and yes, the ones I pick are saved in the SD card. I have had no issues with the SD card, no unplanned mounting and unmounting of the card. One thing that has also been happening, and seems to cause some of this is that the case I put it in, bought at the verizon store especially for the DX, sometimes causes the phone to go into "multimedia" mode as if it were docked. The magnets in the case make it go to that mode. It's long and complicated... But, when I first got the case I would put the phone in the case facing inward (habit). The phone would go into car dock mode. After experimenting, if I faced the glass outward, it would act normal and remain in sleep mode, or with the screen off.

Recently, before I switched to GB, it started going to multimedia dock mode. After GB, still happening...

Hi, I am having some issues with the wallpaper as well. First of all, the picture (photo from SD card) suddenly appeared as a wallpaper a while back (actually, I was surprised but happy, I loved that picture). Two days ago all of a sudden this picture disappeared not only as a wallpaper, but also I cannot find it ANYWHERE in my phone. I didn't touch anything, so I am puzzled. If you know the reason I would greatly appreciate if you share. I really hate when this phone plays tricks like that on me. Thanks God I have the copy of the photo which I had as a wallpaper, so I can load it again, but WHERE did it go and WHY did it dispapear? Thanks!
