Ok. I have been dealing with this issue for a while and I am literally through. No matter what picture or preset wallpaper from the phone I use, they all come out stretched and oversized. I have tried reducing the photos size and tried using Wallpaper Set and Save with no avail. Does anybody have some solutions that would work?
