Help Wallpaper Resizing?

I am trying to figure out a way to resize the below wallpaper to fit on my N2. Can somebody explain to me how to do it without destroying the resolution? Or if it's easier, just resize it for me? I don't need the Black border at the top and bottom or the text. Just the image. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for resizing but I can't get it to display correctly on my Note 2

Maybe something like this? Its hard to edit the picture without tearing it apart to much. Besides it leaves the space at the botton open which i kinda perfer on my walpaper, but that just IMO.
