Help Wallpaper scrolling (help me stop it!)

So I've had my gnex for almost a week now and I'm loving it. Particularly fond of the stock UI. On that note - I've been looking into disabling wallpaper scrolling, but every post I find talks about using a launcher as the solution. I don't want a launcher as I'm perfectly happy with my device as is - I just want wallpaper scrolling disabled. Can anyone help? I moved to Android so little things like this wouldn't become massive obstacles like on iOS... Thanks.

Wallpaper Wizardrii will do this. I've been using this app for what seems like forever! When you go to load up a wallpaper and tap on "Set" you'll see the option to disable scrolling.
