[alliereyaz]

hi,
i have galaxy note 3, i want to lock wallpaper settings with password that no one can change wallpaper without my permission (password), i just want to keep simple wallpaper with password protected. Is there any app or launcher from which i can lock wallpaper and lock screen both.

Yes I think there is. You just have to go over Google Play.

I don't think there is an application to lock the wallpaper so it can't be accessed/changed by a password.
