Help Wallpaper size/resolution?

Whats the exact size or resolution for the Thunderbolt screen so my wallpapers fit correctly over the 7 screens?
Thnx in advance

I was wanting to put a picture I took as the background but it makes me crop it every time I try. The only thing that sucks is it will only let me put like 1/2 the picture in the max cropping area so I can't fit all of the picture as my wallpaper. Am I doing something wrong?

ya i have the Backgrounds app as well but have personal pics/wallpapers id like to resize but havent found the exact dimensions as of yet....

sorry for the late response to this thread, but i've just discovered the answer to this question myself.

wallpaper size for the thunderbolt is: 960x800

when setting your wallpaper, you'll get the green outlined cropping box. touch the edges of the box and you can stretch it to fill the full picture so you won't get any cropping.

I cant get this to work. It only wants to stretch the box proportionally.

yes, it will stretch the box proportionally, but if you have your original wallpaper sized to 960x800, when you stretch you will encompass the entire image, thus not getting any crop of the image.

An ODD problem has presented....I resized my wallpapers to the 960 x 800 and it worked great....just like you said. But now all of a sudden the wallpaper has become large again and I cant frame the whole image with the box. I checked and triple checked and it IS sized properly to the 960 x 800. Cant figure out why this just started out of the blue.

Any ideas?

The on screen size for the bolt is 480x800. If your pic is that size, itll fit on one screen if you set it to NOT scroll.

that's what I think my problem is...where do you set it to NOT scroll? looked all over for that and couldn't find anything...

Theres a couple ways actually. Theres an app called wallpaper wizard or something to that effect that does it for you. This is especially good if youre running sense. If youre running a launcher, I would check your settings. There SHOULD be an option on most aftermarket launchers that will have a checkbox in either advanced settings or appearance.

Theres the app I was talking about.
