So, I'm not 100% sure on whether or not this phone is capable of running ICS, but if it is, to get full hardware acceleration and everything for this phone, we need the OpenMax codecs for the arm v6 processor. That is why there is so many bugs in a lot of these ICS roms for older phones, people have to figure it out and write their own drivers.
I present to you a petition for Qualcomm to release the drivers for this processor so that devs can get ICS to our phones.
