Help Want to do a Factory Restore. What is best back-up program?

I just updated my US T-Mobile GS3 to JellyBean 4.3 and I want to do a factory reset to complete the update. The phone looks great but is now a little laggy. Afterward, I would like for the phone's data and settings to be restored to exactly as it is now, only in the new JB 4.3 software.

I am using a pc running Windows 7 sp1. What is the best restoration software for the Gs3? Would you recommend Kies?

Also, should I remove the micro sd card first? It has tons of music on it that would take too long to copy back and forth.

To save apps and their settings, data, game progress.... without hacking your phone use the app Helium which uses your PC to do a proper backup :thumbup:
Yeah dont worry about the memory card lol. Take it out or whatever.. itl make no difference to the factory reset :beer:
