Root Want to Wipe Internal Memory.. Anyone know How?

Soooo.. running BobZ 5-21, want to wipe everything on my internal memory, like a format... How would I go about doing that?

Pgs recovery has an option to wipe internal card

use this to flash pg recovery then goto mounts and storage and format /sdcard
use recovery 6.0.2.7
