Help warning camara failed on vibrant

Every time I try to use my camaraderie or video recorder it starts to load but then the warning camera failed message pops up and it closes I sent it to Samsung cus I have warrenty and they said it was water damage when I never got it wet so if anyone can help me I will highly appreciate it so far I'm regretting leaving my iPhone for this phone

wierd. try changing your rom. or maybe do a factory reset (but first back up everything from your phone you dont want to loose) maybe itll help
