Help Warp freeze caused by

My warp only freezes up and causes me problems if I let the wifi on, if I shut the wifi off, and only use the data, the warp does not freeze or lock up or reboot. And I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about with having to take the bat out and reseting the phone. Try it out for your self, shut the wifi off and only use the data ... And also the warp has some kind of problem with charging and the wifi... Anyway I hope this helps someone. If this has helped you please let me know.

I have recently got my phone back from ZTE and I wasn't having the 'freeze' issue any longer. Well I was on the phone a couple of days ago and it was real hot out and I was sweating. Well when I went to hang up from call, phone froze!! The screen had some sweat on it and I also have a couple of tiny, I mean tiny cracks and I noticed that 'sweat' had gotten to the screen under the glass. I mean you have to really look hard to see the cracks. I dry phone off and let it 'dry out' for a bit. I then went and got a screen protector and put it on and have not had the issue of freeze on hot sweaty days.
Just my take on one of the 'freeze' issues. :)

That was great of you to notice what was going on with your phone. I also have had the phone freeze up, when it got hot as well, I forgot to mention that in my first post. The heat will also make the warp freeze up. Especially if you are charging your phone and the phone gets heated up, it will lock up and reboot sometimes. Anyway just try to leave your warp only on data only, no Sufi at all, that should keep it from messing up, but remember there are some freak instances that will also make your phone still act up, n freeze on you. I hope this helps someone. Mark...

Remember, it was moisture getting through the 'microscopic' crack in screen that was causing my phone to freeze, which was caused by sweating on HOT DAYS, not phone getting hot itself :):)

Have you found any way to correct the problem that you was having with water getting into your phone? Or how did you correct this problem?

Cracks...that is a new one. Never heard of such a thing. And I have had several full screen phones. Hmmmm

Manual labor. Dropping your phone on concrete or even just gravel. It happenns. I have plenty of scratches and cracks in mine due to my work. I want to invest in an otterbox but im afraid it might overheat.

I purchased a 'skinomi' wet install screen protector and that is when first freezes started.
When I got phone back from ZTE and I had noticed 'moisture' under screen when I was trying to unlock screen with the pattern lock and when I touched area where the sweat was getting through the crack, screen would act funny. I have since purchased another 'dry' screen protector and have not had a single issue with hot summer days and moisture/sweat getting through any of the cracks.
I am quite happy once again with my Warp :)
