Help Warp has been freezing up lately

recently warp has had a tendency to freeze up and sometimes has rebooted on its own. Im sure instructions are on forum if someone could provide link. Im thinking may be phone needs a reset.....is there a way to reset without looseing all data or should i do i complete factory type reset

Really no way to save data without root.
Factory reset is best for you iram, not rooted

thanks for info .....what about options i and iv would they help at all. Wont be able to reply back for a while about to board cruise ship and have been advised to turn off phone
