Warp Internal memory question

I thought the warp had 4GB of internal memory, so why my internal memory never goes pass or gets near 3GB? ( After a factory rest ) Is the internal memory split and have 1GB for the drivers Etc.

4gb total, I believe that the system alone uses around 1.25gb so you have just over 2 and a half gigs free for apps/data out of the box, still awesome and plenty of room, but no you don't have 4gb free to start with.
