What is the best way to get my phone warrantied? through samsung or boost? My camera is messed up, there must have been something in my pocket and the camera lens has a big scratch/dent in it (would this be covered?).. also, is there any way to get a replacement phone before having to send mine back? i have done this through other companies (Alltel/Verizon/Tmobile), but none of them were prepaid...

A scratch on the lens might not be covered.
The best way to do this is to call up Boost. Ask them about it and request a handset while you send the phone out for warranty. Do not ask for it directly... let them suggest the return for warranty work and then say that you need a phone while it is in transit.
As long as your Boost account is over 4 months old they'll send you a handset (for free or a nominal charge) and you can send it off to get worked on.
After you secure the handset call up Samsung, Boost might provide you with the phone number to call, and try to get warranty work done. They might not cover scratches to the lens but they'll probably look at a malfunctioning camera and if necessary replace it.

Negative on the replacement for a lens that you scratched. The warranty will only cover it if the phone came that way.
What's that??? You say it came that way??? Well there ya go, send it in and they'll fix it as long as the warranty is still in effect.
