My wife washed her phone her 2 week old phone 
.
I used canned air to blow out the water, put it in rice for 3 days, and then crossed by fingers.
It displays the Google logo, and goes no further; battery removal required in order to restart.
I have the exact same phone, so I tried my battery in hers; no difference.
I tried her sim in my phone; it works.
I was able to get to the boot menu through Power + Up Volume and selected Restore -- no difference after reboot
Any other suggestions?
