I keep getting unfortunately watch on app has stopped, and it keeps freezing my phone. I tried clearing app cache and data it didn't work. Any ideas?

Mine did the same. Since I have no use for it, I went to settings / applications / all / watch on & disabled it. Solved the problem permanently.

I had the message a couple of times. I cleared the cache and data then set up the app no more issues (at least for me).

What exactly did you do? I've been getting that message even though I never turned on WatchOn.

Same for me. I had previously never used it. I opened the app and programed my TV and cable boxes. I think it is actually kind of nice. Once I did that, no more messages. I don't know if that will work for you but that was my experience.
I went with the force stop action in the application manager last night at work and I haven't seen it popup again yet.

Same, nothing else worked except forced off. No more issues.
