Watching BitTorrent Movies on Phone?

I'm new to BitTorrent but have a long bus ride tomorrow and wanted to download some movies to watch on the way. How do I get them my download folder to the point where I can view them on my phone? Is this even possible?

You need to convert them to .mp4 using a program named Handbrake and then place them onto your SD card.

Some kind souls in the world have already converted films to MP4 for watching on iphone, PSP etc.

theres plenty of movies that arent illegal to download via torrents...you automatically associated "torrents" with "illegal" kinda like racial profiling isnt it?? ..... theres even a site with it's own tracker called legal torrents...the smear campaign by those who would control all media is working!!

As long as the topic does not include disclosure of illegal downloads we must assume they are using it for legal means... You can download legal videos audio etc through torrents not much different than using youtube honestly if the topic starts going towards the illegal side the thread will be closed and illegal content deleted....

Bittorrent doesn't really matter. That's just how you're getting the files. It's the format and codec of the particular video files that matter.

I don't have much experience with it, but you can also try Rock Player. It should be able to play most downloaded files. It is in beta though so it may not work the greatest on all files.

This is awesome! I have it and it plays all the movies I want! Mp4s, avis, u name it, it plays it!

Been waiting for awhile to be able to play mp4 video files on my Droid. Froyo broke that functionality and this is the first player that has worked!

Anyone knows how/ whether there's any way to dl bitorrent files into the tab?? Or the only way to watch any media is only via online streaming or transfer from com/laptop??
