Watching Videos On HTC Hero

Does anyone here know if its possible to get some sort of flash player on the HERO to watch internet Videos on some random web pages?

You can't get proper flash player (it's not compatible with our older hardware), but you can get the skyfire browser, which lets you play flash videos on a lot of websites.
