Watching Videos On HTC Hero

So I downloaded Skyfire As per a previous Post someone suggested.

And it seems to work,
I get the "Optimizing For Device"

Then It "Buffers" Then it gets stuck on a loading screen. (Black screen with a waiting bar) and thats it.

So What do I do ? I tried a new Browser, Opera, but that does not work either.

Any other suggestions for Watching videos on my HTC Hero ?

This problem is pretty annoying and would love to get it fixed.
