Hello, this is another water damage post 
It wasn't submerged in water, but I took out the battery and put it in a bag of rice. I didn't know about the whole "don't turn it on" thing, so I tried to put the battery in the phone. As soon as I put it in, the phone started vibrating non stop, and the screen would alternate between the HTC screen and just going plain black. I'm leaving the phone in rice for a day, but I wanted to know if this means I've short circuited the phone.
