I'm trying to fix a friend's Sprint HTC 3D and ... well I'm pretty lost. Not sure where to even start but we're stuck on a screen that says the following:

RADIO-1.06.00.1216
eMMC-boot

HBOOT
FASTBOOT
RECOVERY
FACTORY RESET
SIMLOCK
IMAGE CRC
We've tried going through the options but the buttons don't always work, and when we finally got it to go through a reset it said some files were missing and cancelled out ... only to go back to this same screen.
Any chance there is a program that can download the data off the phone onto the computer, or recover the data in any way to a computer? The phone is probably too screwed up after they dropped it in water but they're trying to get anything that was on it: text messages, pictures, et cetera.
