Water resistant? Edge and 4

I have not seen a single thing saying if it's water resistant or not.
Does anyone know if either Note 4 or Edge are water resistant?

I can't begin to understand why they wouldn't be. The Note is supposed to be their best phone of the year. I might consider and S5 if they're not water resistant.

No, they're not water resistant. The consensus seems to be because of how difficult it would be with the stylus.

Non water resistance is not a game ender for me .

Agreed. Not a game changer for me if it does not have it.

None of my phones to date have ever had this function. I even had one phone survive a swim in the commode (don't worry, fresh bowl).

While a desirable option my daily use does not require me to be mindful of water environments.
