Root Watermarkd is ugly but it won't go away

So I was playing around with the themes in the Liberty Toolbox, and I tried out WatermarkD. I hated it and changed back to the Liberty theme, but a bunch of the icons and widgets are still in that hideous theme style. How do I change them back to default?

restore back up of naked liberty, or if you did not create one (which you better do), flash liberty once again
